Continuing our winter/festive cocktail recommendations – here is the perfect toasting drink – Pothecary Gin’s Gin Fizz Royale, as created by Tommo Guy of the Captains Club Hotel:
Ingredients:
- 35ml Pothecary Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
Method:
- Shake, pour into a large Champagne flute and top up with Champagne
- Garnish with lemon zest.
