The first of our great cocktail recommendations for 2024 – perfectly designed for Valentine’s Day – Lost Year’s Moondance – a wonderful signature serve made with its Silver Moon unaged rum, white vermouth and green chartreuse. Another wonderful Lost Years creation by chief alchemist Matthais Soberon – romantic, elegant and sophisticated. ,

Ingredients:

• 45ml Lost Years Silver Moon Rum
• 45ml White Vermouth (not Dry vermouth though, something like Dolin de Chambery Blanc Vermouth will work).
• 1 barspoon of Green Chartreuse

Method:

• Stir with ice
• Strain in martini glass
• Express lemon peel and garnish glass with it.
