Continuing our Winter Cocktail recommendations – here is a cracker……try the Elixir of Decadence from Arcanist Rum: 

Apparatus

Shaker
Hawthorne Strainer
Fine Mesh Strainer
Champagne Coupe

 

MATERIALS:

  • 40ml Pineapple Elixir
  • 15ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
  • 15ml Coconut cream
  • 2.5ml Simple syrup
  • 10ml Egg White
  • Grated Nutmeg to garnish

METHOD

  1. Add plenty of ice to a shaker
  2. Then add all of the ingredients to the shaker
  3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds or until frothy
  4. Double strain into a Champagne Coupe
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top as a garnish and serve.

Results

The Pineapple Elixir and dark chocolate liqueur blend deliciously to create a decadent cocktail.
