Continuing our Winter Cocktail recommendations – here is a cracker……try the Elixir of Decadence from Arcanist Rum:
Apparatus
Shaker
Hawthorne Strainer
Fine Mesh Strainer
Champagne Coupe
MATERIALS:
- 40ml Pineapple Elixir
- 15ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
- 15ml Coconut cream
- 2.5ml Simple syrup
- 10ml Egg White
- Grated Nutmeg to garnish
METHOD
- Add plenty of ice to a shaker
- Then add all of the ingredients to the shaker
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds or until frothy
- Double strain into a Champagne Coupe
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top as a garnish and serve.
Results
The Pineapple Elixir and dark chocolate liqueur blend deliciously to create a decadent cocktail.
