Another great easy made cocktail from Cantium Gin. Cantium produce small batch, locally produced gin that looks and tastes great using locally inspired botanicals from Kent.  The packaging is also a key -the bottle not only looks wonderful but also has a secondary use as a reusable flask you can use it to keep drinks hot or cold for hours. Ingredients:

• 25ml Cantium 10ml
• Triple Sec 5ml Peach Liqueur
• 20ml Elderflower Cordial 15ml
• Fresh Lemon
• 50ml Apple Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup

Method:

• Shake with Ice and Dirty Pour Top with Ginger Ale
• Garnish with Wild Pineapple Mint and Orange
