Continuing our Winter Cocktail recommendations – enjoy the Kauto Sour  from Steeplechase Distillery:

Kauto Sour

50ml Kauto Dry Gin ¦ 50ml Pineapple Juice ¦ 12.5ml Honey syrup ¦ 12.5ml Lemon Juice ¦ Egg whites (optional)

Method:

– Shake all ingredients (without egg whites) over ice until chilled
– Add egg whites and dry shake
– Strain over ice
– Garnish with a pineapple wedge
